dO I NEED A POWER METER?
The short answer is no. But in order to get the most out of your training we definitely recommend getting one. It brings a whole new dimension to your training too!
I'm not that serious, do you only coach racers?
We cater for anyone who wants to be better than yesterday. Whether that is just losing weight, complete your first 100km ride, beat your mates on the group rides or wanting to perform at your absolute best come race day, we'd love to be part of your journey!
Can you coach remotely?
Most definitely, we have clients based from various countries. We communicate via text, calls, email and virtual meetings. All our training is done via the Training Peaks online platform.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO INVEST?
It is going to depend on a couple factors such as age, experience and ability. You can achieve solid results with 8hrs per week but even 6hrs per week will show remarkable returns up to a point.
I want to sign up but i have a super busy schedule, can it still work?
"Sometimes life happens" and we have to work with what we have. With our Silver and Gold coaching options we can adapt your training to whatever happens on the fly!
